Red Velvet Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 package Plentiful Pantry Red Velvet Pound Cake Mix
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
Pancakes:
- 6 oz. cream cheese softened
- 6 tbsp. butter softened
- 2 cups powder sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Glaze
- Butter
- Syrup
- Whipped Cream
Optional Toppings:
Instructions
- Mix water, melted butter, eggs and Red Velvet Pound cake mix. Spoon mixture on hot griddle (about 4” dia.). Flip pancakes when they start to form bubbles.
Pancakes
- In a mixing bowl, mix together with electric hand mixer on medium speed cream cheese and butter until well combined and fluffy (about 2 min). Add powder sugar, milk and vanilla and mix for 1 minute until well combined. Add additional milk if you desire a thinner consistency. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
