We’ve loved this pasta for years! After cooking it a little before al dente, we saute it with grated parmesan (the real expensive stuff), pasta water (salted), lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh basil and salt and pepper. It’s a great vegetarian meal. But if you want to add shrimp or chicken – it’s great too!
