Description

Add pasta to a large pot of boiling water, stir after water boils, cook for 2-3 mins or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain, toss immediately with your favorite sauce.

    We’ve loved this pasta for years! After cooking it a little before al dente, we saute it with grated parmesan (the real expensive stuff), pasta water (salted), lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh basil and salt and pepper. It’s a great vegetarian meal. But if you want to add shrimp or chicken – it’s great too!

    The best pasta I’ve ever had. Served with pesto, butter, olive oil, Kalamata olives and chopped asparagus. Really yummy
